Overview: The Digital Marketing Executive will focus on executing TechForce Cyber’s marketing strategies under the guidance of the Fractional CMO. This role is hands-on, involving the daily management of campaigns, content creation, and other marketing activities across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement content updates for the website, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging.
2. Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels to drive lead generation.
3. Create and distribute content such as blogs, case studies, and marketing collateral.
4. Execute SEO strategies to enhance the company’s online presence.
5. Coordinate marketing campaigns and track their performance.
6. Organize and manage online and offline events, including conferences and vendor collaborations.
7. Liaise with partners and suppliers to support marketing initiatives and lead generation.
8. Regularly report on marketing activities and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Skills & Experience:
1. 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role in a Cyber or IT company.
2. Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Zoho) and email campaign tools.
3. Experience creating content for social media platforms and managing digital campaigns.
4. Experience with SEO strategies, Google/Bing Campaigns and Google Analytics.
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
6. Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is desirable.
7. Based in Aberdeen, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
