Autism Support Workers Wanted – Supported Living Services in Runcorn.
Enhanced Healthcare is a specialist health and social care provider operating across North Wales and the Northwest of England, and we are currently seeking passionate and experienced Autism Support Workers to join our team in Runcorn.
If you have at least 6 months of experience working in a health and social care setting in the UK, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference. Our services support individuals with Autism and complex needs in Supported Living settings, helping them to live fulfilling, independent lives in their communities.
About the Role: You’ll be providing person-centred support for individuals with Autism and behaviours that may challenge. This involves assisting with daily living skills, promoting independence, and enabling individuals to achieve their goals. Experience in autism support is essential, and we offer full training, including MAPA training to help you succeed in this role.

* Hourly rates from £12 - £22, depending on the shift

About You:
* At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, ideally with experience supporting individuals with Autism
* Driver due to the rural location of some services
* Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred support
