We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Support Administrator to join this reputable and well-respected company, working as part of their small admin team. This is a full-time, office-based role, offering a good benefits package and onsite parking.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the contract management process by assisting with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), tender documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will provide comprehensive support in the preparation, coordination, and management of contract documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
This position requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to ensure all documentation and procedures are accurately followed and submitted within deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly with Excel, are essential.
