The team specialises in producing and maintaining accurate and commercial floor plans using the Blueyonder floor planning solution across the UK and Ireland - with this role focusing on stores in ROI and NI.
By leveraging space recommendations, data and M&S Planning Principles, you'll deliver strategic and seasonal space changes to floor plans within agreed timescales - ensuring that all floorplans for every store accurately reflect reality. As your a key point of contact, you'll collaborate closely with Regional and Store Managers to identify and execute commercial opportunities, driving the business forward.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected. You will be required to travel to Ireland one week a month minimum.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
10. Maintain accurate floor plans for the 35 Irish stores for all changes to space (. range changes, strategic changes, Property changes, seasonal and promotional changes) to the agreed Critical path
11. Working collaboratively with stores to identify commercial opportunities, conducting analysis to support and execute recommendations
12. Work alongside the Ireland Range and Display manger to help create Irish planograms in busier periods in line with commercial strategy and operational metrics
13. Ensuring at least 4 days a month are spent in either Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland in stores or in the Dublin office
14. Visit stores regularly to review implementation of floor plans to gain store feedback and to identify potential improvements and opportunities
