Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:
* Ensuring properties are secure after viewings.
* Reporting on any need for repairs or lack of security at properties, returning keys immediately after each showing.
* Qualifying applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings.
* Promoting properties and services effectively to achieve targets.
* Feeding back to the relevant managers/consultants on applicants’ needs and adding notes to our in-house systems.
Skills Required:
* Positive engagement/customer service.
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
