PageGroup are delighted to support a successful manufacturing organisation based in Redditch with the appointment of an exciting HR Business Partner role.
This role can offer some hybrid working - due to the nature of the sector, you will spend most of the week on-site.
Job Description
Acting as a No2 to a CPO, the role of HR Business Partner is a busy, fast-paced challenge, supporting a busy manufacturing site in Redditch.
You will partner with a wide range of stakeholders, supporting the management and leadership teams to achieve their commercial goals.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Alongside the CPO, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Take the lead on a wide range of employee relations cases.
3. Recruitment - review recruitment strategies, review and update JDs.
4. Work with CPO on pay and benchmarking exercises.
5. Work closely with CPO to review and update all HR policies and procedures.
6. Job analysis/total reward review.
7. Review Learning and Development on-site.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background as a HR Business Partner within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
