Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee absence management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Handle employee relations (ER) cases, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers. Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Provide HR support and advice to employees and management on a range of HR issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver HR initiatives and projects. Requirements: Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Proven experience in HR, with a focus on absence management and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
