Description and Requirements
Governance Manager
This position is responsible for leading the work on the TMO collaboration and reporting activities for delivery program governance and onboarding. In conjunction with the subject matter experts, this role is responsible for collecting requirements and using technology and project management principles to create consistent and repeatable processes and tools to support a global team. This includes the development, management, policy adherence, and continuous improvement for all transition artifacts and tools throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into application features.
2. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
3. Design scalable and user-friendly business applications using low-code and no-code platforms.
4. Create data models, user interfaces, and workflows.
5. Automate manual business processes using technology and create and continuously improve the business-driven applications and reporting.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users.
7. Provide technical support and training to end-users.
8. Ensure applications comply with security standards and data protection regulations.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.
3. Familiarity with a variety of low-code/no-code (LCNC) tools and platforms.
4. Proven experience in process automation and application development, with a focus on LCNC platforms.
5. Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Highly developed skills in using MS applications including Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and data analysis using charts, pivot tables, filters and rules. Knowledge of intermediate to advanced Excel functions.
