As a Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of the brand, responsible for welcoming every guest into the store. You will serve as a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable partner to store managers.
Main responsibilities:
1. Consistently capture client data and take notes of all qualitative information.
2. Offer excellent customer service and improve individual business performance.
3. Be aware of store and individual sales and KPIs targets and actively engage in all actions to reach them.
4. Ensure an impeccable store environment, BOH, and grooming at any time of the day.
5. Implement all guidelines related to store management and participate in inventories.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 1 year, Full-Time 40 hours, fully flexible.
