Job Description
Kanadevia Inova are hiring an IMS Manager (Integrated Management System). The role is UK home based with regular travel in the UK and some travel abroad as required.

* Ownership and management of the documentation systems required for the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Continuous monitoring and assessment of legal, regulatory, and normative requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and system integrity. Identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with conformity assessment bodies and certification entities to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Developing and executing a structured audit programme in collaboration with the IMS team to assess and improve compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of processes.
* Overseeing the development, organisation, and distribution of IMS-related content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards.
* Define, implement, and continuously improve a key performance indicator (KPI) system to measure, monitor, and enhance process efficiency and quality across the organisation.
Qualifications
* Strong operational and/or engineering background in plant engineering, with extensive hands-on experience in industrial environments and process optimisation.
* Certified auditor training (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor); additional qualifications in quality management or compliance frameworks are advantageous.
* Proven track record in planning, conducting, and reporting internal and external audits in compliance with international standards.
* In-depth knowledge and practical application of international standards, including DIN ISO, DGRL, MRL, and ASME, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
* Extensive experience in ERP systems management, preferably as a key user, with expertise in ERP IFS or similar platforms to support business process efficiency.
