Key responsibilities - Making and receiving outbound calls to and from customers, clients, 3rd parties and repairers - Using Activate Groups bespoke software and databases to record, update and maintain information relating to each claim. - Take ownership and responsibility for a Customer account and case load including queries end to end from first contact to resolution, only escalating where necessary. - Manage own workload, prioritising each day and ensuring all tasks are complete. - Act as a subject matter expert for allocated customer and advising other team members where necessary. - Provide accurate updates to customers as required, ensuring any issues are resolved to avoid escalations. - Ensure that all SLA's are met and exceeded.
