A well-established company is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Process sales orders and schedule orders using the SAP system.
2. Handle returns and credits efficiently within SAP.
3. Adhere to ISO company procedures and quality standards.
4. Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
5. Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding stock availability, order progress, and pricing.
