About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Parkdean Resorts. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
* Ensure the quality of food production and presentation is maintained to company standard.
* Train the team to ensure a consistent standard is maintained.
* Monitor stock levels and work with suppliers.
* Have strict control and security of stocks.
* Set, monitor, and maintain opening and closing procedures.
* Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, including health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
