Facilitating highly effective child-initiated learning experiences through the school’s TED (Time to Explore and Discover), embracing the Hundred Languages of Children (Loris Malaguzzi) to develop children’s languages of expression. Providing high quality daily outdoor learning opportunities through the creative use of the Early Years Foundation outdoor area. Committed to ongoing research to further enhance the learning of children in the early years. Working effectively within a team scenario in an open plan base. Utilising Reggio principles and embracing the Hundred Languages of Children (Loris Malaguzzi) to develop children’s languages of expression. Providing high quality outdoor learning opportunities on a regular basis. Committed to ongoing research to further enhance the learning of children in KS1 / KS2.
