Job summary We are inviting applications for a 12-month secondment from experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated registered nurses with significant post-qualification experience in a Band 5 or 6 position. The successful candidate will want to improve Continence Care for our older and vulnerable adult patients across the Trust, utilising their appropriate transferable skills to establish and implement plans of care to our patients, as well as providing education and training to patients, their relatives and carers, and staff across the Trust.
