Your Role and Responsibilities:
13. Engagement: Build meaningful connections with children and their parents.
14. Stability and Ambition: Provide reliability and ambition to the families you support.
15. Timely Assessments: Ensure children and families receive the right services promptly.
16. Child & Family Assessments: Complete assessments, coordinate Child In Need Planning, and manage Strategy Meetings/S47 Enquiries.
17. Risk Management: Utilise strong reflection and analytical skills to assess and manage risks effectively.
18. Court Experience: Desirable experience in proceedings initiation and EPO applications.
19. Knowledge of Practices: Familiarity with Signs of Safety and Safe & Together is beneficial.
Requirements:
20. Registration: Social Work England registered.
21. Qualification: Social Work Degree or equivalent.
22. Background Check: Enhanced DBS.
Experience:
23. Proven experience working with children.
