Responsibilities
French speaking Customer Service Associate
Location: Swansea
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the Office
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus great benefits

Main Duties:
1. To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
2. To respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
3. To enter and update tickets in the system and liaise with team members in order to resolve customer issues.
4. To process invoices and payments and follow up if required.
5. To develop and maintain long lasting customer relations to increase return business.
6. To liaise with customers and provide updates on events details or payments.
7. To provide basic technical support or escalate if a complex scenario.
8. To attend events or trade shows when required.
Candidate's Profile
1. Fluent in French to business standard (written and spoken) – Essential
2. Previous experience in a customer service role – Essential
3. Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. IT literate.
