About the role:
Responsible for undertaking all activities within the income work stream including the more technical aspects of the invoicing, collection and recovery of Sundry Debts, and to assist Finance in the management and support of the Billing Hub in accordance with current legislation, financial regulations, guidance and the agreed policies, performance targets and procedures of the Council.

What you will do:
Ensure that the invoicing and collection of sundry debts is undertaken in accordance with the Councils financial regulations
Supervise a team of sundry debt officers
To deliver training/refresher training to all council staff.
To communicate on a regular basis, with customers
