Everything You Need to Know We’re looking for an accomplished Personal Assistant to provide efficient, effective, and proactive support to our Head of Internal Audit, Finance Hub, BI and our Head of Finance Operations based out of our office in Coventry city centre. In your role as Personal Assistant, you’ll be responsible for a host of actions, including diary management, monitoring mailboxes, preparing content for meetings, minute taking, providing admin support to the leaders, and engaging with various stakeholders both across the business and externally. Key Accountabilities Fully effective diary management, proactively reviewing and updating diary commitments, handling conflicts and prioritising actions as necessary Organising appointments, meetings, and travel Monitoring mailboxes, promptly replying to enquiries, and forwarding necessary communication to individuals Preparing agendas, collating papers, presentations, taking notes and track actions for meetings Finance support when required, including raising purchase orders Effectively communicating and engaging with wider teams and our external partners, providing administrative support where needed What You’ll Bring to the Role We’re looking for someone with integrity and curiosity, who can hit the ground running, has excellent organisation and time management skills, and can effectively communicate with the stakeholders. You’ll need to be empathetic, a forward thinker and have the courage to challenge upwards appropriately. It’s important that you have worked in a similar role previously, with demonstrable experience in diary management, managing mailboxes, organising meetings and travel, and preparing presentations.
