The Job:
To be accountable for assisting in achieving the allocated desk budgets & targets each month/quarter. This is a diverse role varying from front of house; covering the reception desk, ensuring that candidates and clients are greeted in a friendly and timely manner to sourcing candidates and writing engaging job adverts & social media adverts, alongside assisting with day-to-day tasks that allow the desk to run smoothly and efficiently.

General Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a team to drive the profitability of a desk by assisting in fulfillment of vacancies that generate revenue for the business.
* Sourcing and possible registering candidates who are looking for job opportunities by utilizing job boards and social media platforms.
* Writing engaging job adverts & descriptions, whilst advertising, resourcing, vetting, prepping candidates ensuring a consistent and high level of suitable candidates for vacancies.
* Effective preparation of candidates for interview with clients.
* Managing registered candidates – keeping them informed of any new vacancies that they may be interested in.
* Keeping the recruitment system active database of candidates fully up to date & compliant.
* Ensuring full compliance of the registration process in all instances.
* Keeping in regular communication with clients, where required.
* Excellent level of communication regarding vacancy progress, where required.
* Sending applicable CVs in a timely fashion (usually within 3-4 days of receipt of new vacancy) in accordance with the Simple Recruitment format (Adapt CV) as instructed.
* Arranging interviews for clients with candidates and managing the process as directed.
* Following up on CVs sent within 24 hours of sending CV, as instructed.
* Following up on interviews the day after they have taken place with both clients and candidates and exchanging feedbacks.
* Ensure signed Terms of Business are saved on the system as necessary.
* Diarising follow-up calls, logging activity on the internal recruitment system.
Systems and Processes:
* Keep internal recruitment system fully up to date at all times and track all activities on the internal recruitment system so work is fully transparent.
Jobs and Advertising:
* Keep vacancies/website/job boards accurate and updated at all times.
* Posting jobs onto the company’s website.
* Advertising on external job boards available.
* Creating and scheduling social media job posts.
* Updating weekly job lists.
* Liaising with local job centers.
ABILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
* A background of admin/customer service/reception would be beneficial.
* Demonstrable exemplary customer service skills.
* The ability to communicate at all levels.
* Working with a goal-oriented environment.
* Handling multiple priorities and working within and to deadlines.
* Ability to write creatively using minimal resources at times.

Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
