Digital Marketing Specialist
You will be focused on acquiring new customers, supporting existing customers, and promoting new products. This will require you to work collaboratively across departments and teams, both internally and via specialist agencies.
You will create and implement strategies to improve the customer journey through CRM activities, including email, WhatsApp and print campaigns, whilst taking a lead on SEO efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Create email & WhatsApp flows, campaigns, and improve the customer journey.
Launch promotional campaigns for new products
Sending direct mail campaigns, creating copy, briefing designers, and working with the social marketing team.
Take a lead on the company blog writing SEO optimised articles, sharing delicious recipes, and valuable content for dog owners.
Build new landing pages that will drive organic growth and SERP visibility.
Collaborate with teams across the business, along with external agencies, to drive marketing performance.
Analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or track user behaviour, sales trends, and digital marketing effectiveness whilst providing actionable insights.
Research and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. What You’ll Bring
4+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role
Experience creating, writing, and executing email marketing, SMS, and print campaigns
A thorough understanding of KPI’s and how to use data to drive performance.
Full understanding of SEO best practices with the ability to create optimised blogs, landing pages, and work cohesively with our Technical SEO agency.
A professional and respectful attitude in line with the team dynamic, and is a team player.
Open to any opportunities and learning, naturally curious in everything you do.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Confident using tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and software such as SEMRUSH/ Ahrefs.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience within an e-commerce subscription business is a plus. Bonus Points If You:
