Marketing Director - Property Partners
Overview:
IWG is seeking a strategic and visionary Marketing Director, Property Partners to lead our marketing efforts aimed at enhancing partner engagement and driving growth. This role will focus on defining compelling propositions that align with our business objectives to scale the number of centres we have WW, ensuring a customer-centric approach that drives value for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proposition Development: Define and articulate compelling propositions that align with business objectives, emphasizing customer-centric benefits linked to product features, specifically for target audiences in the property partner decision making set (e.g. CFO, Heads of real estate etc).
2. Research & Insights: Lead comprehensive research and insight-gathering initiatives to understand customer needs, market gaps, and emerging trends that inform marketing strategies. Look into competitor activity and data to drive strategic insights.
3. Program Design & Execution: Design and take complete ownership of marketing programs, collaborating closely with sales, operational, and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them informed of the latest marketing activities and best practices relevant to our business and customer segments.
5. Continuous Improvement: Continuously test, refine, and optimize marketing strategies and plans based on performance metrics and industry best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Outputs:
1. Development of Integrated Marketing Plans (IMPs) and messaging frameworks tailored to property partner needs.
2. Formulation and execution of effective go-to-market strategies that resonate with potential partners.
Key Metrics:
1. Commercial Performance: Increase the number of partners WW, significantly enhancing our partner network.
2. Customer Satisfaction: Improve customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through targeted marketing initiatives.
3. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and sales growth by enhancing partner engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications:
1. 10+ years proven experience in marketing leadership roles, particularly in partner or channel marketing. Real estate experience helpful but not necessary.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
3. Excellent project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
5. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving commercial objectives. - Based in an EU timezone (or the US, our largest market) to facilitate team collaboration and agency management.
