Job summary
We are looking for an Apprentice to join our team in HR Operations who will work with the teams in Recruitment and People Operations carrying out a full range of administrative tasks which includes greeting visitors to the department, answering the telephone, filing, data inputting and photocopying following established processes.
We need you to have strong customer service skills along with the desire to learn and develop into the role.
This job role is offered as a fixed term role for 18 months studying the Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship
Main duties of the job
Working to support both the Recruitment and People Operations team, your tasks will include
- welcoming visitors to the OD & People Department
- inputting data for applications, new starters, offered candidates and any other recruitment related information into recruitment and HR systems ie Trac, ESR, DBS website and Occupational Health System.
- dealing appropriately with telephone and written enquiries from staff, managers and members of the public
- using the ESR system to complete template letters/request forms as and when requested
