Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.
Duties
1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
2. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed.
3. Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety regulations.
4. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
5. Handle catering requests and assist with event setup as required.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
8. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
9. Support bartending duties when necessary, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
2. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
3. Skills in food preparation and catering are advantageous.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
5. A friendly demeanour with excellent customer service skills.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
7. A willingness to learn new skills related to bartending is a plus.

Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
