Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality office fit-out and refurbishment projects. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage office design and build projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Collaborate closely with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors to define project objectives and requirements. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting on project status. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company standards, and client expectations. Foster strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to optimise project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. To take financial control of all related projects.Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in project management within the office design and build, construction, or interior fit-out sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, or Asta Power). Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
