Job Title: Telemarketer £30 k pLus generous commission
I am working with an expanding agricultural company in Kings Lynn seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and securing sales appointments. The Telemarketer will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
* Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
* Answer questions about our products/services and provide relevant information to potential customers.
* Schedule sales appointments for the sales team to follow up with interested customers.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest in our products/services.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and sales generated.
* Stay updated on product/service knowledge and sales techniques to effectively engage customers.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
* Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
