The Role
As a Sr Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable Salesforce Mobile. This role provides technical leadership and direction to a team of developers in the creation, delivery, and integration of complex software solutions that meet business requirements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Participate in the design, evaluation, and selection of IT solutions for a specific business need in accordance with the architectural direction. You will also present and effectively communicate the return on investment (ROI) of technical solutions that align with the customer's business objectives.

This is a Work from Home position available from any US-based location.
The Main Responsibilities
1. Design and implement solutions on Salesforce platform ensuring alignment with telecom industry requirements.
2. Customize Field Service Lightning components, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Resource Schedules.
3. Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
4. Integrate Salesforce Field Service with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven data models.
5. Optimize scheduling and routing configurations to meet telecom-specific field service needs.
6. Participate in end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, and deployment.
7. Conduct workshops to align technical solutions with business goals and KPIs.
8. Provide on-call support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
9. Identify and implement process improvements leveraging AI and analytics to optimize field service efficiency.
10. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate telecom field service requirements into technical specifications.
11. Deliver training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
12. Effectively communicate the return on investment (ROI) of technical solutions that align with the customer's business objectives.
What We Look For in a Candidate
1. Experience with Salesforce mobile app development.
2. Two years plus years of experience in Salesforce Mobile App.
3. Eight years of software development experience.
4. Five plus years of Salesforce development experience building LWC, Flows, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, SOQL, Custom objects etc.
5. One plus years of experience in building integration solutions using MuleSoft (preferred) or Informatica.
6. Experience with Service Cloud, advanced apex coding, controllers, triggers, platform events.
7. Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft or Informatica).
8. Automate the deployments by building the CI/CD pipelines using the Lumen DevSecOps toolchain and processes.
9. Integrate apps with enterprise monitoring tools, support systems, log platforms and build system health dashboards for visibility and traceability.
10. Experience building applications with Java, Spring Boot, .Net or other related technologies.
11. Experience building distributed applications utilizing Apache or Confluent Kafka.
12. Working knowledge of AppDynamics, BigPanda & Splunk for monitoring, alerting, and centralized logging of applications and service.
13. Knowledge of telecom-specific data models and carrier integrations.
14. Salesforce developer/architect certification is a plus.
15. Experience with AI tools and automation strategies in Salesforce is a plus.
16. Experience with data migrations in telecom settings.
17. Knowledge of SAFe framework.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$129,639.00 - $172,852.00 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$136,121.00 - $181,494.00 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$142,603.00 - $190,137.00 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
