A great opportunity to join a forward-thinking tech/software company located in central London. Working on a hybrid basis, the role is to provide 'soft' business development within a small collaborative team, in an office of approximately 170 people. Globally recognized, this is a junior but important role, integral to the business's relationships and growth.
The majority of enquiries will be incoming, requiring you to educate the client/caller about the company's products and services, highlighting the advantages of using them - a soft, more customer-focused approach, while being mindful of upselling.
A busy and varied role, you will be responsible for your own account list, delivering presentations, preparing fee proposals, and much more.
The successful candidate will ideally have some knowledge of the legal system or legal software experience - this is ideal but not essential.
Minimum requirements include:
1. 6-18 months experience in 'professional/office/support' customer service roles or sales
2. Superb communication skills with excellent written abilities
3. Keen attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
4. Enthusiastic, confident, and engaging team player
5. Common sense and forward-thinking approach, with a genuine enjoyment for client-oriented roles

Salary: £30-32k + annual commission of up to 25%
