Responsibilities -
* Work in partnership with children, young people and families/carers and, through building effective relationships, to elicit their needs and views and promote participation in decision making.
* Undertake assessments in accordance with statutory/regulatory and operational standards, policy, and procedures for the service and in the context of assessing risk to children and young people.
* Plan, implement and review a range of interventions for children, young people and families/carers in accordance with statutory/regulatory and operational standards, policy and procedures for the service.
* Manage a workload independently, seeking support and suggesting solutions for workload difficulties.
* Make pro-active use of supervision to support effective practice, reflection and career development and to meet the objectives of Performance Development Reviews
Pay range and compensation package - Rate: £28-37 per hour umbrella depending on experience
Hybrid expecting to be in the office at least 2 days a week, to attend team meetings in person and to be in the office on duty days.

Rate: £28-37 per hour umbrella depending on experience Job Information: Part time - 30 hour a week post – 4 days a week 0-18 CWD Team,
you will complete assessments from referral stage, works with children and families – CIN, CP, CLA, PLO and Care Proceedings, Private Proceedings, Deprivation of Liberty within National DOL Court and the Court of Protection.
