These individuals work in police forces across the country, and we are looking for someone to join our Force Partnerships team to help us continue and expand our work with current and prospective force partners to place even more of our amazing participants across the country. These partnerships go beyond contract signatures they're about co-creating and delivering transformative policing programmes. You will be passionate about relationships, excellent customer service and improving UK policing and you will use this to ensure the future success of our programmes. Key responsibilities As a Force Partnerships Manager (FPM), your day-to-day activities will involve delivering against three core workstreams: To develop strong relationships with our police partners. This will be people at all levels across the force. You will build and maintain a strong network across all of your forces. Working to build a really strong understanding our force partners so that we can demonstrate to them how we can support and work with them to improve UK policing and deliver the forces objectives. Programme management. You will work to ensure the successful implementation of the Police Now programme in force. This means troubleshooting issues, working across Police Now as well as our partner forces to ensure that the Force customer and the participants have the best possible experience of working with Police Now. You will use all of the above to secure contracts with police forces. We are part funded by the Home Office and part funded by Police Forces. We need forces to pay for our programmes in order for us to continue our vital work. You are responsible for making this happen. Key Requirements You will be a strong relationship builder you will love building your network. You will be experienced at securing commercial contracts. You will be a strong and confident public speaker and comfortable delivering sales pitches. You will possess strong project management skills and proven project or programme management experience. You will be highly organised and be able to relentlessly prioritise. You will feel comfortable with change and enjoy juggling a varied and fast-paced workload. We are trying to make societal change here. This is exciting but this isn t an easy task. You will have a genuine commitment to and connection with Police Now s mission. You will be confident to use Microsoft Office, with the ability to pick up new IT systems and software. This role will require frequent travel to the London office (approximately 2-3 times a week) as well as travel across England and Wales, including occasional evenings and some overnight stays as required.
