Role Description:
The Process Design Consultant reports into the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting, Tax, and Credit Furnishing, Remediation organization. The NTCR Change Management team is located in Chester and London in the UK, and in multiple locations across the US. This role is critical to designing solutions and supporting the change environment within Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting, Tax, Credit Furnishing, Remediation (NTCR).
Responsibilities:
* You will lead the design of target state solutions in support of major change management processes.
* You will document and maintain current and target state process maps.
* You will document employee journeys.
* You will drive horizontal thinking in our process and technology capabilities.
* You will analyse impacts and data to drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and increased process efficiency.
What we are looking for:
* You will have business design experience including process, people, and technology design.
* You will have change management, project management and strategy implementation experience.
* You will have the ability to document process flows from conceptual design to detailed design using Visio, ARIS, or comparable process mapping tools.
* You will be an expert with MS PowerPoint and deliver presentations that enable others to grasp and embrace new concepts and outcomes.
* You will have the ability to identify synergies between areas, finding cross functional opportunities for shared technology requirements and solutions.
Skills that will help (optional):
* Six Sigma Black / Green Belt Certification would be advantageous.
* Financial Services Banking Operations experience, specifically in Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting would be advantageous.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills would be advantageous.
