What you will do in your working day
* Support HR Business Partner in all aspects of HR administration.
* Data entry, upkeep and security of employee data onto HR system in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
* Handle general HR enquiries and messages by email, phone and face to face and refer to HRBP as required.
* Set up and administrate Company Induction for all new starters as part of on-boarding process.
* Manage, record and report all daily absence calls/messages for specific site.
* Provide admin support to HRBP on absence, grievance investigations and disciplinary meeting as required.
* Conduct all Right to Work (UK) checks on all new starters for designated area.
* Ensure any relevant paperwork (starter, leavers, variation details) is passed to payroll in good time for payroll cut off dates and is completed accurately, reporting any anomalies where appropriate.
* Generate and circulate various HR weekly/monthly management reports as required.
* Supporting the HRBP on typing up minutes / notes from meetings, chasing up close out of actions from meetings.
The training you will be getting
* The successful candidate will attend Blackburn College 1 day per week to undertake the Level 3 HR Support qualifcation.
