Job Description
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting clients with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication, and practical tasks like shopping and housework. You will work closely with a close-knit team to develop individual care plans and provide compassionate care to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
* Assist with medication and provide support with daily tasks
* Help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework
* Work closely with a close-knit team to develop individual care plans
