In this brand-new role, as People Transformation Delivery Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a broad range of initiatives to drive strategic change and transformation in OSB’s people landscape The Learning & Skills team plays a pivotal role in delivering OSB Group’s priority to be “future-fit” for banking. Please note, this role can be based in either the Wolverhampton or Chatham office and has the benefit of operating within our hybrid-working policy of three days a week in the office and two days from home. This role will require interaction across all relevant sites and some travel between OSB Group locations as required. As People Transformation Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning & delivery of the assigned workstream using agile methodologies, as OSB continues its transformative journey under the Transformation programme which is set to digitise the Bank You will work with a cross functional team of internal and external resources - utilising their own technical background to lead the team, manage scope, evaluate & manage risks/ issues, coordinate & ensure delivery of the supporting components to time & quality, in coordination with relevant stakeholders across the People Function, vendors and business representatives.
