The hybrid working pattern allows for flexibility, with a combination of office and home-based work.Responsibilities:
Support the Treasury Manager with financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Analyse financial data sets and provide recommendations to senior management.
Prepare relevant KPIs and scorecard metrics.
Assist with month-end reporting packs and commentary.
Monitor the organisation's cash position and ensure funding arrangements are in place.Key Skills:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent finance qualification.
Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
High-level knowledge of the financial services industry is desirable.
Excellent communication skills across all platforms.
Proactive approach and ability to make decisions.
Strong influencing skills to ensure the interests of the organisation and its customers are met.
Ability to manage expectations of senior stakeholders.
