Role description LVGI have a new role for a Digital Content Executive based out one of our office in Bournemouth on a hybrid working basis. We have a great opportunity for someone who will manage the Digital Content book of work for a business unit and deliver change through their direct reports. This will include both direct to consumer and business to business initiatives such as integrating marketing activity, product launches, driving digital content for strategic projects and maintaining compliance of digital assets. Key Duties: Prioritise activity of the team to ensure it’s aligned to business priority, avoiding distractions Manage and deliver content that aligns to the requirements of SEO,PR and Media teams Manage the workloads of direct reports and their development, ensuring that through robust process the highest standards of delivery are maintained Ensure the management of risks and regulatory compliance of digital content and communications Challenge the strategy for content across all dimensions in light of consumer, regulation and competitor activity. Develop a good working relationships with internal stakeholders to add value to their vision and take ownership of it’s creation within managed timelines Develop a good working relationship with 3 rd parties to ensure LV get value for money and a high quality service Proactively follow the latest digital trends and competitor activity to ensure LV are well positioned to seize opportunities that could create a competitor advantage Skills Required Experience in delivering digital journeys to support marketing campaigns Experience managing or leading a high performing digital team Relevant Digital qualifications which could include: IDM, CIM or Graduate Understanding of digital legislation including; cookie policies and accesability Strong online copywriting skills including understanding of best practice natural search copywriting techniques The ability to manage competing priorities and achieve quality outcomes. The ability and willingness to work effectively under pressure. Self-sufficient PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, All major browsers, web image editor, outlook express.
