As a key member of the Assets Team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting property maintenance operations. Your focus will be
on ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, assisting in the delivery of building surveys, inspections, and maintenance
planning. You’ll also be responsible for providing vital business support across a range of property services, including
Disrepair, Response Repairs, Estate Services, and Empty Properties.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing essential business support to a multi-disciplinary technical team.
* Updating and managing IT systems to maintain compliance and audit records.
* Monitoring progress of maintenance tasks to ensure high standards and efficiency.
* Assisting with asset management processes and supporting policy implementation.
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and risk management frameworks.
* Championing continuous improvement by driving efficiencies and value for money.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in business/compliance support within a property maintenance or technical environment.
* Strong IT skills, with the ability to manage and update core databases.
* Understanding of health & safety legislation related to property maintenance.
* Excellent organisation & communication skills, with a proactive approach.
* A problem-solver with an eye for detail, able to work efficiently and accurately.
* A team player, committed to delivering outstanding service and results.
Interview Process:
* Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview
