Our Early Talent Scheme is a comprehensive program that offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and tailored development opportunities across various departments. it is aimed at individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers and are passionate about continuous growth and learning.
As a Technical Apprentice you will shadow and support the Technical Department, you will, with support from the technical team provide technical design services and solutions on individual projects, present proposals and provide drawings using CAD.
You will also work towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing support and information including drawings and details for various departments both within the office and external stakeholders.
2. Provide administrative support in relation to the departments SHE responsibilities, technical approvals and statutory services including dealing with external stake holders.
3. To assist internal departments by addressing and where appropriate, answering development queries (or by seeking support from the technical team).
4. Providing appropriate drawings and details, with support from the technical team, to the commercial team to assist the procurement process.
5. Provide supporting information to secure the discharge of planning conditions, technical approvals, working with our consultants
