What you'll be working: Our standard working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and the post holder will be based at Ivetsey Bank Hospital. What you'll be doing: Conduct comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments and develop scientifically grounded, data driven behaviour support plans, which effectively address behaviours of concern, promote skill development, and enhance overall well-being of the young people we support Providing expert advice and recommendations to staff regarding Positive Behaviour Support Implement, monitor and evaluate behaviour support plans with a focus on reducing behavioural incidents and improving quality of life for the young people we support Undertake regular incident analyses and reviews to facilitate valuable learning outcomes and identify necessary adaptations to behaviour support plans Provide coaching and mentoring to direct support staff to ensure the effective implementation of PBS strategies Conduct debrief sessions with staff and the young people following significant incidents to promote well-being Draft and present reports including visual graphs on the effectiveness of PBS interventions to MDT and other relevant stakeholders Keeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rights.
