As Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of Titanic Distillers supply chain, from sourcing premium raw materials to ensuring the on-time delivery of premium spirits to a global customer base. At a glance key responsibilities: Develop and lead purchasing and supply chain strategies, ensuring efficient material flow. Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to secure the best quality and value while minimising risk. Align raw material purchasing with production schedules and customer demand. Forecast demand, manage inventory, and implement appropriate strategies. Work cross-functionally to support new product development and market expansion. What were looking for: At least five years' relevant experience in a hands on supply chain role that has included developing processes and people management. A strategic thinker who is happy to work operationally and hands-on in an agile environment Strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and inventory management. A full UK driving licence (a forklift licence is desirable). Ability to travel when required. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate, in addition to the above, a CIPS level qualification or equivalent.
