Job Description
3. To follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures
4. Oversee inventory and supply chain management accordingly to company guidelines for Clinigen and 3PL warehouses
5. Perform critical inventory system tasks including but not limited to; releasing and processing Internal requisitions, 3PL receipting, sub-inventory moves and approved stock adjustments
6. Review, troubleshoot and manually interface all open sales orders escalated by the CS SME's for Clinigen and all 3PL warehouses, actions include but not limited to; Manual adjustments/movements due to interface, Integration or EDI failure. Raise and track IT tickets for any system related issues that may arise, support with UAT and validation for any data fixes through to resolution. Report progress to customer services and key stakeholders until resolved.
7. Run expired stock reports periodically and request approvals from stakeholders/business divisions. Liaise with Clinigen and 3PLs warehouses to process all approve destructions in a timely manner
8. Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfer, cycle counts and stock takes
9. Review inventory reports and monitor SKUs to highlight discrepancies; troubleshoot quantities discrepancies between stock and records for Clinigen and 3PL warehouses
10. Respond to Inventory inquiries internally and externally in a timely manner
11. Support with UAT and validation where applicable for new system updates
12. Nurture positive relationships with business functions, 3PL warehouse contacts and provide customer service as needed

The Successful Applicant
14. Experience of operating in a similar role is essential
15. Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions
16. Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels
17. Experience working in pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry advantageous
18. English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent)
19. Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software and working with WMS essential with core understanding of system transactions and processe
