Working with the Head of Key Accounts, your main responsibility is to increase company revenue and profitability by support the operations team through growing the regional customer base in the London area. Key Responsibilities Work in a field based role identifying new and growing existing accounts as well as delivering new regional main contractors and regional developers using market intelligence Undertake root cause analysis of customer issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to prevent future issues Be proactive in working with the Bid team on Bids, Tenders and PQQ’s Compile and deliver winning, professional presentations and associated literature to new and existing national customers Work with the operations, finance and asset teams to ensure the service offering is delivered to national customers in line with agreed SLA’s Actively work with the wider Sales Teams to share leads and opportunities Meet agreed revenue and profit targets Take a proactive approach to growing existing accounts within your portfolio ensuring all major regional customers are included in portfolio.
