Responsibilities: Signing in and out - Using our time clock system Using the company systems and live company chat Working individually and in a team to complete multiple tasks daily Working across multiple sites when required Communicating with team and management when required. Communicating with customers, suppliers, and business contacts Payment scheduling Vehicle admin Vehicle compliance and maintenance Reporting any internal or external issues with management Adhering to all internal processes and policies. All necessary training will be provided. Experience : Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail Entry Requirements- Driving License ( minimum of two years )
