BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit a Customer Services Manager to ensure that clients receive outstanding service by managing client interactions, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
This is a full-time role working on site at Wellingborough. BAM operates a flexible working policy, actively encouraging periods of remote home working and flexibility in start and finish hours to fit into an individual's busy lifestyle.

Your mission
· Oversee the customer service team and ensure prompt response to client inquiries.
· Address and resolve client issues, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
· Implement service protocols to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
· Track and report on customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
· Set individual and team objectives for the four depots and Product Managers as assigned, ensuring performance against those objectives.
· Understand and interpret the strategic direction of the Business Unit and align operational delivery to strategic intent within the depot teams.
· Embed a culture of compliance to all UK & Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
· Implement and deliver new opportunities within Site Solutions.
· Embed new engagements and partnership approaches across industry, professional bodies, and trade associations as part of the business unit's future outlook.
· Actively promote and embed product innovation, expertise, and practice into the depots in conjunction with the Product Managers.
· Accountable for maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
· Responsible for resolving client issues and maintaining a positive client relationship.
· Ensure timely communication and response to client queries.
· Implement improvements to enhance client service delivery.
