Are you an enthusiastic and innovative Design & Technology Teacher looking for your next challenge? Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a dedicated professional to join a thriving secondary school in Southport to provide maternity cover.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to teach a broad and exciting Design & Technology curriculum, inspiring students to develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and practical knowledge.
About the Role:
1. Full-time teaching position from ASAP until July 2025.
2. Delivering engaging lessons across a range of Design & Technology disciplines, including Resistant Materials, Graphics, and Product Design.
3. Working closely with a supportive department to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
4. Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students thrive and succeed.
About You:
1. Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and has experience teaching Design & Technology at the secondary level.
2. Has excellent knowledge of the Design & Technology curriculum and the ability to teach multiple disciplines.
3. Demonstrates strong classroom management and a commitment to fostering students' learning and development.
4. Is available to start as soon as possible and commit to the role until July 2025.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
