Our client is the UK's leading sustainable building materials and construction solutions business based in Colchester and they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible!
The role will be temporary ongoing initially, with a view of turning permanent for the right candidate.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.80 per hour.
Working within the Aggregates and Asphalt division, duties of the role will include:
1. Raising and pricing of quotes for your given area
2. Job chasing to order conversion and query/complaint resolution
3. Management of pipeline through pro-active chasing of work by outbound calling and lead generation
4. Working towards agreed SLA's ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
5. Working closely with orders and distribution functions
6. General sales administration duties as required
In order to be considered for this role you should have a proven track record in exceptional sales and customer service. You should also be IT literate and a confident user of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
