The ideal candidate will: Have experience teaching in an educational setting or equivalent. Be an effective communicator when delivering instructions. Possess strong behavioural management skills. Be able to motivate students to reach their potential. Have a good level of general education. Please note that experience in an educational setting may not be necessary if the candidate can display desirable skills that are transferrable, such as from a sporting background or other leadership positions. The main prerequisite is that one is confident speaking in front of large groups and carrying out behaviour management policies. Of course there is support from senior leaders too. Graduates looking to train to teach are particularly desirable. Although the school are seeking a full-time cover supervisor, part time applications may also be considered if a job share can be possible.
