This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire. In return, you will receive a salary of £24,000 per annum with an OTE of £30,500. About The Role
As a Junior Case Manager, you will manage civil litigation cases on behalf of our clients and progress a caseload of claims through the Court Process in line with business and client parameters. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your workload within an established team of dedicated legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities Of The Junior Case Manager
1. Handle inbound correspondence on legal cases to ensure each one progresses
2. Review and collate client and Court documentation
3. Drafting and bundling witness statements
4. Review the prospects for each case and reach a conclusion in the best interest of our clients
5. Risk assess cases to identify potential issues, highlight to the relevant stakeholder
6. Liaise with clients and Court for updates in relation to claim progression
7. Identify relevant enforcement on Post Judgment cases
8. Ability to always adhere to strict client confidentiality
