Senior Supervisor (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
Up to £51,000 per annum

Z-Tech, a leading company in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our operations within the energy sector. Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
* Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
* Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.
* Monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
* Conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and risk assessments, and implement safety initiatives to minimize workplace hazards.
What's essential:
* Trained or qualified as an apprentice or to an equivalent NVQ level 3 in one of the following fields: Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation.
* Strong safety and quality driven mindset and collaborative teamwork approach.
What we will need from you:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successful project completion.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to travel to project sites and work outside regular business hours, if required.
