Person Specification
Knowledge
* Good working knowledge of contemporary health care issues and professional standards.
* Understanding of the complex dynamics of a multi-professional environment.
* Experience in education and professional development.
Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse.
* Evidence of continuing professional development.
Further Training
* AIMS course.
Experience
* Experience in the Healthcare setting.
* Evidence of participating in organisational change that has led to changes in quality.
* Evidence of leading Trust wide projects.
* Experience of working with the acutely ill/deteriorating patient and patients with sepsis (both adult and child).
* Experience of working towards Care Quality Commission and NHSE standards.
* Experience of investigating incidents.
* Experience with audit.
Contractual
* Ability to work flexibly.
* Ability to travel between sites.
